Customer Service
I have nine years previous experience in the Customer Service field, mostly based in a high volume call center environment. The customers I dealt with at Tiffany & Co. Headquarters and T-Mobile's Bethlehem call center were the average consumers (B2C)while Synchronoss Technologies and Aqua Technologies were Business to Business (B2B).
In the earlier part of 2000, I started a helpdesk business called GBSI Helpdesk which I ran for two years. This was B2B helpdesk for various companies including GMAC Commercial Mortgage, and support for customers of various ISPs across the country.
